Hello Harsha,\nYes it can be annoying...and this is going to get worse, as younger people get preference for their supposedly fresh ideas and new designs. I'm not sure what type of textiles do you design and what kind of companies do you work for. If you share those details, I can give you a specific reply. However, I would suggest that to improve your career, see if you can work for a foreign company or buying house, so that this shows on you CV. Another option is to study a short-term course to add to your CV. If you can afford it, go abroad for this.\nOne more option is to go and ask some famous fashion designer for "guru" advise on whether there is something that you are doing wrong and what you can do to correct it.\nFinally, if you think that this current state of affairs can't be changed, then give up fashion designing and try something else.\nRegards,\nHarsh\n
