Hi Himani, I regret the delayed response. I appreciate your decision of taking a break to be with your daughter during her formative years. UNICEF states that the early childhood years from birth through age 8 are formative in terms of intelligence, personality, and social behavior. The first two years are particularly crucial. Anyways, training would be a good option for you since you can complete some aspects of your work from home while being with your daughter. For instance, pre-training involves need analysis and designing modules to achieve learning objectives as well as planning instructor-led activities to complement the learning, which can be done from home as well.Corporate training can be for technical skills, people skills or soft skills and I would encourage you to identify your area of interest and expertise as a trainer needs to be a subject matter expert. You can train employees in Finance and Human Resources given your employment history. Further, you can undergo a formal training course from Dael Carnegie or Bodhih Solutions for getting an insight into training fundamentals. Keep working hard consistently and I am confident that you will succeed. Feel free to reach out in case you wish to discuss more regarding this topic.
