• This course is designed for both men and women however everything this course can be done on your own or with a partner.

Who is the target audience?

• This course is for anyone who wants to enjoy Salsa dancing but lacks the confidence or skills to be comfortable dancing anywhere with anyone.
• You should not take this course if you are already an advanced Salsa dancer or if you don’t want to feel like a rockstar on the dance floor.
• Take this course if you want to understand the basics of Salsa and have a solid foundation of fundemental dance movements. Having a solid foundation of dance movements means that you will be able to quickly and easily move on to the next technical level.
