The global projects exchange is an annual event run by Xyntéo hosted by Shell and IKEA Foundation, brings leaders together to contribute to global growth.

This years' Global Projects Exchange focussed on the ‘India 2022 coalition’ key development areas, including skills, energy, connectivity, health and rural growth.Other participants this year include Naina Lal Kidwai, former CEO, HSBC India and Chairman, Max Financial Services; Sairee Chahal, Founder and CEO, SHEROES and Sanjiv Mehta, Managing Director, Hindustan Unilever.
