Try These Under A Minute Fitness Hacks And Don’t Be A Couch Potato

Hey, get your ass off that bean bag right now! Excuses, excuses and some more excuses. We are busy, packed and have absolutely no time for ourselves. No time to devote an hour to work those muscles which are depositing layers of cholesterol. 

Let me ask you this:-

Do you have time to scroll through your mobile/laptop screens, mindlessly?



Do you have time to binge watch shows on Netflix?



Do you have time to gobble down pizzas, pastas and other such exotic foods?



Do you have time to smoke and drink?





Do you have time to lounge in your bed till late even after you have woken up?



Well then, you have plenty of time.   

Not being condescending here but, showing you the mirror. Why wait for a major health issue to pop up and then take preventive measures. Why not take some preemptive measures.

Invest a few minutes of your day in sweating out, so that you feel good about yourself. A day which passes without sweating out should make you  restless. If it looks impossible to designate an hour, cut down to half hours or so. But don’t shun the habit of working out your body. All work and no play makes one a couch potato. And we all know couch potatoes love lazing around. 

But what else could be done to ensure your overall well being? The answer lies in adopting these habits which won’t demand your major chunk of time and energy. Swear by these under a minute health routines to get the best out of yourself. 

It is Valentine’s Day and before you roll your eyes and predict my next statement, about self love. Just think about some people who invest in self care and how you gush about their fitness levels. News alert: You are capable enough to do that. Invest in these simple hacks and get fit. DO  Love thyself.
