D*****@ Afreen: The only way to get over PCOS is to exercise and go on a strict diet. Just exercising won't help. You have to exercise for one hour daily at least 6 days a week. When losing weight your should primwirky have protein, veggies and some fruits. Rice, sugar baked items like bread and cake shouldn't be consumed at all for a few months. Junk food shouldn't be eaten. No fizzy drinks and fruits juices. Just water. Eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day. Women who follow this strict regime on PCOS notice changes. If they don't take it seriously it will not bear any fruits. In the long run.
D*****@Anon: It takes some time to recover from hirsuitism. You have to get all your hormonal levels checked.
