Tell us about yourself and your roots?
I am an independent working lady with big plans and have served in a leading business Chamber of Commerce and Industry located in South Delhi for 2 years.
What does your current role entail?
SHEROES has helped me in getting in touch with Fusion Microfinance and I got selected for the post of Assistant Manager. It is indeed an achievement for me to attain a Managerial level post with only 2 years of experience.
Share with us your career journey and highlights of it?
I am a science graduate from Ramjas College , University of Delhi followed by B.Ed from Amity University. After which I completed my Masters of Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, West Delhi.
What is your source of inspiration and what would you say to women on their career journeys?
My source of inspiration are all the working women in my family, irrespective of whether a homemaker or office worker. I firmly believe that a lady should be independent enough to do everything on her own without looking for help from the male members in her life. Financially she should be strong enough to control her bank work and money, chores, etc while also having the ability to spend on long vacations or shop extravagantly...
