"My experience with SHEROES has been fantastic. When I listed the job, I was not so hopeful of finding the right person because the requirements were a bit crazy! I mean, how many people would want to read children's books and make lesson plans out of them? And that too for a start-up that's not funded. One of the biggest reasons people are reluctant to work for start-ups is the lack of clear structures and high salaries.  My company, Ever After did not even have a website when I posted the job. But I was blown away by the number of people who applied—50! While not all resumes were 100% matches, I shortlisted that number to about 5 and hired Divya MK in about 3 days from the time I posted. It's been a month since she has started work; I'm extremely happy with her understanding of the project and its execution. 

In the future, my company plans to offer entrepreneurial opportunities to other women. I will most certainly come back to SHEROES for that.
