Here are some of the roles that MARS regularly offers:

1. Growth Marketer/Customer Lifecycle Management
A Growth Marketer focuses on developing strategies to keep customers engaged and satisfied. This hybrid position is perfect for analytical minds with experience in customer lifecycle management and an interest in data-driven marketing.

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid Role: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office)  

Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)  

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement and retention strategies across customer segments.
•  Execute and manage reactivation channels (Push, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, In-app, Web).
• Define customer cohorts and design targeted CRM plans.
• Analyze data to understand customer pain points and optimize engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retention and growth roles within B2C environments.
• Proficiency with CDP tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

2. Educational Ambassador Program

If you have a passion for education and community building, the Educational Ambassador role could be a rewarding fit. This position allows you to work closely with schools to implement the School Cinema program, helping create engaging learning experiences for students across India.

Location: Chhattisgarh (Raipur)/Pan India  

Timing: 9 am - 5 pm (Monday to Saturday)  

Responsibilities:

• Implement and promote School Cinema programs in schools (training will be provided)
• Train teachers and monitor program progress.
• Conduct school visits and build relationships with school staff and teachers.
• Assist in customer retention and collection.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree, customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi along with other regional languages.
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel.

3. Elderly Care Saathi (Listeners)

The Elderly Care Saathi role is perfect for empathetic individuals who enjoy connecting with others and offering emotional support. In this role, you'll provide companionship and assistance to senior citizens, helping alleviate loneliness and teaching them essential mobile functionalities.

Location: Remote  

Timing: 4-hour shift between 6 PM - 12 AM, with a weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Engage with elders and senior citizens to offer companionship and emotional support.
• Conduct phone conversations, helping elders manage loneliness and teaching mobile functionalities.
• Uphold high empathy and quality in customer interactions.

Requirements:  

• Strong verbal skills in English and Hindi, high empathy.
• Prepared work-from-home setup (laptop, headphones, good internet).
• Experience with customer interactions preferred.

4. Customer Experience Specialist (Inbound/Chat)

If you're a skilled communicator with experience in customer service, our Customer Experience Specialist role offers the chance to provide essential support across various platforms. This position is great for those who enjoy problem-solving and are comfortable working in shifts.

Location: Remote  

Timing: 11 AM - 3 AM, with shifts covering 9 hours (6 days a week)  

Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and limited outbound calls.
• Manage complaints via partner apps (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato).
• Respond to brand mentions and reviews on social platforms.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Previous experience in customer service, strong people skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts, remote setup ready.​
