Ingredients: 

① – Potatoes ② – Wheat Flour ③ – Onions

Recipe: 

  • Boil the potatoes, peel them and then mash them using a potato masher.

  • Add salt, red chilli powder and chopped onions, mix the batter well.

  • Take the wheat flour, add water, oil, and salt to it and knead into smooth and soft dough.

  • Pinch two small balls from the dough and flatten them into a round roti.

  • Place a small portion of aloo mix on one roti.

  • Gently place the other roti on top and press to seal the edges with your figure tips.

  • Put some oil in the pan and place the aloo stuffed roti on it. Cook from both the sides and your aloo paratha is ready to serve. To add a zing of flavor to your parantha, serve it hot with yogurt and mango pickle.

Recipe

  • Shred potatoes in cold water and rinse properly.

  • Drain the water and pat dry with tissue to remove moisture.

  • Heat oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and cook till the onions turn brown.
